We’ve introduced two new ways to help you better understand what’s happening in your program: Trip Log Insights and Commute Bonus Insights.
Both tools are designed to give you clearer visibility into user behavior and make it easier to work with your data, whether you’re tracking incentives or building reports.
Trip Log Insights
Trip Log Insights gives you a detailed view of all trips logged in your program. You can find it in the New Management Dashboard under Reports.
It’s built to help you explore your data and create reports. With Trip Log Insights, you can:
- View all logged trips in one place
- Sort data by date, trip type, and more
- Filter results to focus on specific behaviors
- Customize which columns are shown
- Group data, for example by trip source
- Export your data as Excel or CSV
This makes it much easier to answer questions like:
- How are users logging trips?
- Which modes are most common?
- Where is engagement increasing or dropping?
Commute Bonus Insights
The Commute Bonus is a rewards feature that allows users to earn money for eligible trips, based on how their organization has set up the program. Depending on the configuration, users can track their progress, view earnings, and even choose to donate their bonus. To enable bonus payouts a connection to organizational systems such as payroll sync is required.
☝️Since each Commute Bonus setup is customized, we recommend reaching out to support if you’re interested in offering this feature or want help determining the best setup for your organization.
Commute Bonus Insights builds on that by giving administrators a clearer view into how the bonus is being used.
With Commute Bonus Insights, you can:
- Track how often bonuses are being earned
- Understand which commute modes are driving rewards
- Spot trends over time
- Evaluate how effective your incentive program is
This makes it easier to see what’s working and where you might want to adjust your strategy.
These updates give you more control over your data and a better understanding of how your program is performing.
