We’re excited to introduce User Insights, a powerful new reporting experience designed to help you better understand user behavior, measure engagement, and make data-driven decisions with confidence.
This update gives managers advanced visibility into how users and networks interact with your platform — enabling smarter planning, improved program performance, and more efficient resource allocation.
You can now:
- Compare engagement across different months or years
- Analyze participation trends over time
- Identify high-performing user groups or networks
- And much more
With flexible filtering and customizable reporting views, you gain the clarity needed to continuously adapt and improve the user experience.
Dynamic Filters & Custom Columns
Quickly refine reports using customizable filters (search terms, users, networks, engagement metrics) to focus on key audiences/behaviors.
The Choose Columns feature offers advanced flexibility, allowing you to view and compare users based on: Name, email, network, total trips, mode-specific activity (e.g., bike trips), carpool participation/cost savings, sustainability/financial impact, wage brackets, and demographics. This enables confident analysis and strategic decision support.
Export & Share Insights
Need to present your findings? All displayed data can be exported directly as Excel (.xlsx) or CSV (.csv) files. This makes it easy to create custom visualizations, build internal reports, and share valuable insights with stakeholders or leadership teams.
Where to Find User Insights
Accessing User Insights is simple:
- Log in to your New Management Dashboard
- Select Reports from the left sidebar
- Click User Insights
From there, you can immediately begin filtering, analyzing, and exporting your data.
Also New: Challenge Leaderboard Widget (Available on Request)
In addition to User Insights, managers can now request activation of a new Challenge Leaderboard Widget through the Help Center.
This widget allows users to see directly within the mobile app / desktop version who is currently leading specific challenges, creating greater transparency and encouraging friendly competition among participants. By making rankings visible in real time, organizations can further increase engagement and motivation during active challenges.
Managers can request the widget by submitting a ticket via the Help Center or directly at help@rideamigos.com, and our team will handle the activation.
Our New Management Dashboard is officially available. To start exploring these new tools, simply reach out to your Customer Success Manager, who will be happy to activate your access and walk you through the setup.
