Export commute data in seconds

One of the most requested features from commuters has officially arrived. Users can now export their own commute history and financial activity directly from CommuteHub, without needing to request reports or dig through old records.

Two export options are now available:

Trip Log History Download a complete history of logged trips for any selected date range. Perfect for reviewing commuting patterns, validating past trips, comparing monthly activity, or keeping records for reporting.
Payments and Earnings A full financial snapshot showing parking and permit spend alongside CommuteBonus earnings. Data can be filtered by date and exported to spreadsheets for further analysis or reconciliation. Please note that availability depends on your organization's settings.

Managers already have access to organization level reporting tools. These new exports are designed specifically for users, creating a more transparent and self service experience while reducing manual reporting requests.

Bird and Spin now available as live map layers

The “last mile” is often the most unpredictable part of the commute. A delayed shuttle or a long walk from transit can quickly turn a smooth trip into a frustrating start to the day.

To help users seamlessly plan the last leg of their journey, CommuteHub now includes real-time Bird and Spin scooter maps.

To access it:

1. Open Your Commute Options
2. Select Explore More the tab
3. Enable the Bird or Spin layer

Available scooters will appear directly on the map. By bringing micromobility into CommuteHub, organizations can support more flexible commuting choices while giving users better visibility into real-world transportation availability.
