Need a copy of your past trip logs? You can now download your trip log history directly from your CommuteHub account whenever you need it.

How to download your trip log history

Log in to your account. Click the Account icon in the navigation bar. Under Your Records, select Exports. You'll see a list of available downloads. Find Activity Log, which contains your recorded trip history. If you'd like to download trips from a specific period, click the date selector and choose your preferred date range. Once you're happy with the timeframe, click the Download icon next to Activity Log. Your download will begin automatically.

File format

Your trip log history is downloaded as a CSV file. CSV files can be opened in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and most spreadsheet applications. If needed, you can save or convert the file to an Excel (.xlsx) format after opening it.

Tip

Using a custom date range is a great way to focus on a specific month, reporting period, or reimbursement cycle without having to sort through your entire trip history.
