Exciting changes are coming to CommuteHub's Management Dashboard. As we work toward achieving feature parity between the New Management Dashboard and the legacy Dashboard, we will provide regular updates and maintain both versions in parallel. 

The initial launch will include the following features: User management, network management, new user roles, and initial Journeys management. Here are some helpful support resources to acquaint you with the new tools:

• Branding & Appearance
  • Customize the visual appearance of your platform with organization-wide and network-specific branding. Learn how to upload logos, configure hero images and background images, and select custom colors in the New Management Dashboard.
• User Management
  • Learn how we've made creating, editing, and viewing users easier and more intuitive.

  • Watch video tutorials on how to proxy as a user and understand role assignments in the New Management Dashboard.
• Network Management 
  • Discover how we have improved the Networks tool.

• New User Roles
  • We are introducing a new role-based access management system, which will run in parallel to the current network-based permission management system.
  • Initially, there will be three levels of management roles that can be assigned to users:
    • Program Coordinator (previously Network Manager)
    • Manager (previously Advanced Network Manager)
    • Admin
• Initial Journeys Management
  • Journeys is a brand-new concept that empowers you to reach the right users at the right time through the right channels. This initial launch is still heavily limited, but it will serve as the foundation for much more to come.
