Commute Bonus Insights helps you understand how your Commute Bonus program is performing. It gives you a clear overview of how much has been paid out, how many people are participating, and how funds are being used across your organization.
This is especially useful for tracking the impact of your program, managing budgets, and identifying opportunities to improve engagement. Whether you are reviewing a single user or comparing multiple networks, this report gives you the data you need to make informed decisions.
How to access Commute Bonus Insights

Using the filters
At the top of the page, you can adjust the report to match what you want to review:

- Commute Bonus Program: Choose the specific program
- Networks: Filter by one or more networks
Once selected, the report will update automatically.
What you can see
The summary section gives you a quick overview of your program performance:
- Total paid out: The amount of money distributed to users
- Total donated: The portion of funds that users chose to donate
- Participants: The number of users who received a commute bonus
- Average spend per user: The average amount earned per participant
These metrics help you understand both participation and overall program spend.
Reviewing user data
Below the summary, you will find a detailed list of users who received a commute bonus during the selected timeframe.
You can customize this list to fit your needs:
- Use Columns to choose which data points are shown.
- Use Filters to narrow down the results.
You can also group the data for a clearer overview. At the top of the table, there is a row that says “Drag here to set row groups”. Drag a filter (for example Email) into this row to create groups. If you group by Email, the table will be organized by person. You can expand each email to see all commute bonuses for that user, making it easier to compare individuals.
You can download the data as a CSV or Excel file by clicking on the download icon.
Example
If you want to compare how different networks are performing, you can filter for each network and adjust the columns to include key fields like payout and participation. After downloading the data, you can review it in Excel to compare trends and identify which networks are driving the most engagement.
