Vehicle Insights gives admins a centralized view of all registered vehicles within their organization. This report is commonly used to support parking management, license plate registration, workplace security processes, and internal reporting needs.
Many organizations use Vehicle Insights to quickly identify vehicle owners, manage parking-related situations, support campus or workplace security efforts, and better understand commuting trends across their organization.
To get the most value from Vehicle Insights, organizations may choose to require users to register their vehicles during account setup or onboarding. This can help ensure reporting remains accurate and up to date.

To access Vehicle Insights, log in to your dashboard and navigate to Reports in the left sidebar, then select Vehicle Insights.
What You Can View in Vehicle Insights
The Vehicle Insights report displays a full list of vehicles registered by users in your organization. Depending on the information your organization collects, the report may include details such as:
- Vehicle make and model
- License plate number
- Vehicle type
- Electric vehicle (EV) status
- User information associated with the vehicle
Vehicle Insights can display many additional data points beyond the default view. Admins can customize the report by using the Choose Columns option to activate additional columns and display the information most relevant to their organization.

Search and Filter Vehicle Data
Vehicle Insights includes several tools to help you quickly locate and organize information.
Search for Specific Vehicles
You can search for specific information within the table by using filters.
For example, if a vehicle is parked incorrectly and you need to identify the owner:
- Locate the License Plate column.
- Click the three-line filter icon next to the column name.
- Enter the license plate number into the filter field.
- The table will display matching results so you can identify the associated user.
This can help admins quickly contact users when parking or security-related issues arise.
Sort and Customize the Table
Vehicle Insights allows you to customize how data is displayed.
You can:
- Sort columns in ascending or descending order
- Add or remove filter columns
- Search for specific terms or numbers
- Rearrange columns based on your reporting needs
- Drag and drop column headers to group information within the table
Grouping can be especially useful when reviewing trends across vehicle types, departments, or fuel categories.
Download Vehicle Data
To export vehicle data:
- Click the Download icon in the upper-left corner of the report.
- Select your preferred download option.
- Save the file to your device.
Exported reports can help organizations analyze trends and support internal reporting efforts.
