The Commute Bonus is a rewards feature that gives you a little extra back for the trips you’re already making. If your organization offers it, you’ll see a Commute Bonus widget when you log into the app (mobile or desktop). Click into that to get started. Please keep in mind that the setup can vary depending on the organization, so the available tabs and features may look different for you.
Inside, you’ll typically find three tabs: Info, Donations, and Statistics. Here’s what each one does.
Info tab
This is where you’ll find the details of your organization’s commute bonus program.

You can also log trips directly from here. After logging, head back to the homepage and check the Commute Bonus widget. The progress bar will show your activity, and if you click into it, you’ll see your current earnings at the top. Your Commute Bonus is also visible in the payments & earnings section where a full breakdown of your transaction history is.
Donations tab
If you’d like, you can donate your commute bonus instead of keeping it.
This tab will show:
- The charitable cause connected to your program
- Details about what the donations support
You can choose to donate all of your earnings or just a portion. It’s completely up to you.
At the bottom of the page, you’ll see a blue Save button. Make sure to click it if you make any changes or selections.
Statistics tab
This tab gives you a simple breakdown of your activity and rewards.
You can view:
- Earnings for the current period, a selected time frame, or past periods
- Total donated amount
- Number of trips logged
It’s a quick way to see how your commuting habits are adding up over time.
If you don’t see a Commute Bonus in your account, it likely means your organization hasn’t enabled it.
