1. Log into your app 
2. Go to Account
3. Navigate to Settings
4. Select Vehicles
5. If you already have vehicles registered, they will appear here
6. Click the blue “+ Add Vehicle” button
7. Enter the required details:
   • License plate
   • Vehicle model
   • Color
   • Vehicle type (e.g., car or motorcycle)
   • Electric vehicle (EV) status (important for charging access)
   • Temporary plate status (if applicable)
8. Click Save

To check and request permits:

1. Open the Parking widget on your app 
2. Go to the permits tab
3. Select a permit
4. Choose the date and vehicle you want to assign
5. Review and accept the terms and conditions
6. Click Request

1. Open the Parking widget
2. Go to the Bookings tab
3. Click “+ Book Parking”
4. Select a date from the calendar
5. Choose a parking facility (e.g., Garage A, Garage B)
6. Click on a product (e.g., full-day parking, half-day parking) offered in that facility 
7. Choose your vehicle
8. Select your trip method:
   • Driving alone
   • Carpool
   • Vanpool
9. Review booking and payment details
10. Click Book

Keep in mind:

• Availability may be limited
• Some organizations release parking spaces in stages
• Your preferred location may be fully booked

To submit an appeal:

1. Open the relevant booking
2. Click Appeal
3. Describe your reason (e.g., sickness, emergency)
4. Click Submit

After submission:

• You’ll receive a confirmation email
• An admin will review your request
• You’ll be notified once a decision is made

You can track your appeal status directly within the app. Simply open the relevant booking and select 'View Appeal' to see real-time updates and full details.

You can find your payment history under: Account → Payments & Earnings

At the top of the page, you’ll see your Parking Balance. This balance reflects refunds from approved appeals on charges that have already been deducted from your payroll (red transactions). Any amount in your balance will be automatically applied to future parking charges before new payroll deductions are made.

Below, you’ll see your transaction history:

• Red entries: Completed charges deducted from your payroll (e.g., parking fees)
• Green entries: Completed credits (e.g., commute benefits or canceled charges)
• Gray entries: Pending transactions that have not yet been processed as part of your payroll

Once the payroll period ends, gray transactions will be processed and change to either red (charge) or green (credit).

Review your parking location’s details by selecting "View Facility Details" on your booking or visiting the Info tab.

Parking Facility Access

Access to your parking facility depends on how your organization has set things up. In some cases, entry is automatic, for example through license plate recognition. In others, you may need to use a badge, app, or another access method provided by your organization. Check your facility details or booking information for specific instructions.
