Q: Why can’t I see any rewards or incentives in my app?
A: There can be several reasons why rewards are not visible in your account:
- Your organization may not currently offer incentives. If you’re interested, you can reach out to your admin.
- Some rewards are limited to specific groups (e.g., certain departments, locations, or networks). If your colleagues can see rewards but you cannot, this may be the reason.
- Eligibility criteria may apply. For example, some programs require a minimum commute distance or specific transportation modes (such as biking, walking, or carpooling).
- In some cases, users may be excluded from rewards based on program compliance settings set by the organization.
- It could also be a technical issue. If none of the above apply, please contact us at help@rideamigos.com so we can take a closer look.
Q: Where can I find Incentives that I am eligible for?
A: Tap the Rewards area on your app dashboard. Active contests are shown in the Active area. If you have any incentives available to you that you have not joined, they will be shown in the "Available" section, you can join them and they will then automatically move to your Active area.
Q: I'm qualified for Commute Perks but can't access them. What's happening?
A: Make sure you've agreed to the third-party terms (Commute Perks are fulfilled by Abenity). Your qualification also resets monthly – you need to maintain your eligible trip count each month to keep access.
Q: My Commute Perks status shows as "expired." Can I get it back?
A: Absolutely! Just log your alternative mode trips for the required number of days in the current month, and you'll regain your qualified status.
Q: I completed a challenge but haven't received my reward. Who should I contact?
A: Check your "Completed" rewards section for the contact information, or reach out to your organization's transportation coordinator. Each reward program has its own fulfillment process and timeline.
Q: Do hybrid or electric vehicles count for rewards?
A: While these vehicles are more environmentally friendly, most reward programs focus on reducing traffic congestion and encouraging shared transportation. Driving alone (even in eco-friendly vehicles) typically doesn't qualify for trip-based rewards, but check your specific program rules or explore Commute Perks for different incentives.
