Q: I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
A: No worries! On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for a reset link. If you don't receive it within 15 minutes, contact your administrator or the CommuteHub help team.
Q: I forgot my UserID. Where can I find it?
A: Your UserID is also your email address. If you are unsure which email you used, try to search your emails or contact the CommuteHub help team for support.
Q: Is my information private and secure?
A: Absolutely. Your data is secured using the same technologies used by online banking. No personal information is shared with external agencies without your consent.
Q: I registered with my personal email, but now I want to join my company's network. What do I do?
A: Contact your Transportation Coordinator or administrator for a network invitation link. Organizations with established networks can add you using your work email or send you a special enrollment link.
Q: How do I change my public display name?
A: Go to Account → Profile and update your "Display Name", but don´t forget to save your changes. This is what other users see on leaderboards and in carpool listings instead of your real name.
Q: Can I join multiple networks?
A: Yes! You can be part of any network that's appropriate for you. If you register with your work email, you'll automatically join your organizations network (if they have one). You can also join additional networks through invitation links or by searching for public networks.
