Finding What You Need
Our Help Center is organized into clear categories to help you navigate efficiently:
1. Basic User Help
Find everything you need to use the RideAmigos application. This section covers:
- Logging trips and tracking your commutes
- Joining carpools and vanpools
- Earning rewards and participating in programs
- Managing your profile and preferences
Whether you're a new user getting started or an experienced commuter looking for specific features, this section has comprehensive guides for all user-facing features.
2. Managers: New Management Dashboard (since 2025)
Our redesigned management dashboard launched in 2025 with an improved interface and enhanced user experience. This section contains documentation specifically for the new dashboard version.
What you need to know about the new dashboard:
- This is an ongoing development with continuous improvements
- Not all features from the legacy dashboard are available yet, but they're being added progressively
- Check the "Product Updates" category frequently to stay informed about new features as they're released

3. Managers: Legacy Management Dashboard (pre-2025)
If you're still using the previous version of the management dashboard, all relevant documentation is maintained in this section.
Want to switch to the new dashboard? The new management dashboard is available at no additional cost. Contact your customer success manager to request the upgrade.
4. Product Updates
Stay up-to-date with the latest features, improvements, and releases. This category is regularly updated with new feature announcements.
This is your go-to resource for staying current with everything new in RideAmigos. Subscribe to the Product Update Newsletter to never miss an update.
Search Bar
Use the search feature on the homepage with auto-suggest functionality to quickly find relevant articles. Just start typing your question and we'll guide you to the right documentation.
MO - Your AI Assistant
Click the green speech bubble icon in the lower right corner of any page to chat with MO, our Mobility AI Chatbot.
How MO works:
- MO answers questions based on our Help Center articles
- Provides quick, relevant information directly in the chat window
- If MO can't fully resolve your question, you'll have the option to create a support ticket directly from the chat
Important: MO's knowledge is limited to the content in our Help Center articles, so for complex or account-specific issues, you may need to submit a support request.

If the Help Center articles and MO couldn't resolve your question, click "Submit a Request" in the upper right corner of the page.
When submitting a request:
- Describe your issue or question in detail
- Attach screenshots or files to help explain the situation
- Our support team will follow up to ensure you get the help you need
Sign In to Your Account
Access your helpdesk account to manage your support experience and view your history.
Benefits of signing in:
- View all past support requests and conversations
- Track the status of open tickets
Already have an account? If you've ever emailed help@rideamigos.com or submitted a support request through your site, you already have an account. Simply request a password reset or use single-sign-on if your email is linked with Google or Microsoft.
