Complete Your Account

Add your home address to unlock personalized trip suggestions:

• Go to “Account”.

• Look for "Addresses" and type in your Home and Work locations.

• Enter your full address for both for the most accurate trip planning and personalized recommendations.

☝️ Important: your exact address is only used for route calculations and isn't shared with other users.

Edit your Profile

To update your personal information:

• Navigate to "Account" in your application.

• Select "Profile" to update your name, email, display name, and preferences.

• Go to "Addresses" to modify your home and work addresses.

• Access "Email Preferences" to customize your notification settings.

• Visit "Visual Preferences" to enable enhanced visual options for users with low vision, as well as language, units, and currency preferences.

• If vehicle registration is enabled for your organization, go to “Vehicles” to add and register your vehicles for parking access.

• "Passes & Permits" is the area where you can request different subsidies like a metro ticket, a parking permit, or access to bike cages. It depends on your organization which features are offered here.

• Under "Connected Apps" you will find apps such as Strava that can be linked to your account. Follow the instructions in the app to connect them. Here too, the available apps may vary.
