The first phase of our new commuting website is up and running! We think it’s pretty awesome, and we’re very excited for users to start taking it for a spin.
To finalize the roll-out, there are a few items that we’d like you to be aware of.
- White-list emails: The system sends out messages to users if they have been invited to a carpool or for reminders on trip tracking. Users can set individual preferences on how they receive emails, but we’d ask that you work with your Web/IT department to whitelist the following addresses to ensure they are received properly: support@rideamigos.com, which is via http://amazonses.com
- Email to current users: We have added all current users to the site already, and assigned them to your organization’s user group. Some have already logged on, and we will be sending a notification to all others to let them know.
- Take a look: We would love for you to log in as well and take a peek around. If you had an account previously, we have set it as an admin account for your employer, so you can view staff trip logs, route planning, etc. If you did not have an account previously, you can create one now and I will add you as an admin—just let me know when you have made your account.
- Network Link: To join your organization’s private user group, you can click on this link. There is also a more user-friendly short-link that you can send to staff as well: insert short-link. Feel free to distribute the link to staff, put on your staff portal, etc.
