Connected Apps let you link your account with other tools you may already use, helping you get more out of your trips and commute experience. Depending on the integration, this can mean automatically syncing your activities or enhancing how trip options are displayed.
Where to Find Connected Apps

To view your available integrations:
You’ll see all apps that are available to you, based on what your organization has enabled.

How to Connect an App
Some apps can be connected directly from this section:
- Open Connected Apps
- Select an app such as Strava, Love to Ride, or Scoop
- Click Connect
- Follow the prompts to complete setup
Once connected, these apps can share relevant activity data with your account. For example, if you connect Strava, eligible trips can be imported automatically.
Integrations can work in different ways depending on the app.
Apps You Connect
Apps like Strava, Love to Ride, and Scoop need to be connected manually through the Connected Apps section. These integrations typically share activity or trip data with your account after setup.
Apps That Work Alongside Your Account
Other apps, like Transit and Token Transit, don’t appear in the Connected Apps section and don’t need to be connected.
Instead, they enhance your experience if they’re installed on your device and supported by your organization. For example, when planning a trip, you may see additional navigation options from Transit if it’s available on your phone.
Connected Apps and integrations are optional and only needed if you choose to use them.
