We support different types of integrations depending on what your organization has enabled. Some integrations require you to manually connect your account before they work. Strava, Scoop, and Love to Ride are examples of this type. If you need help with those, check out the Connected Apps help center article.
This article covers a different type of integration. These don’t require any setup on your end. If your organization has them enabled and you already have the app installed on your phone, they’ll simply show up when relevant in CommuteHub.
Transit
Transit gives you access to detailed public transportation information right when you’re planning a commute.
When you search for a route in the app, you’ll usually see options like Google Maps. If Transit is available, it will show up as another option. Tapping it will open the Transit app and take you straight to route details so you can explore public transportation options more easily.
Token Transit
Token Transit works in a similar way in that you don’t need to connect anything manually.
If you have the app installed and the integration is enabled, you’ll see fare options appear automatically when you search for eligible routes. From there, you get forwarded into the Token Transit app to purchase and manage your tickets or passes. This makes it easier to use public transportation without needing physical tickets or separate steps.
If you already have one of these apps on your phone but don’t see the options in the app, it’s possible the integration hasn’t been enabled for your organization yet. Reach out to your admin to confirm.
If you still need help, you can reach out to our support team or your admin.
