If you've set up a CommuteRewards account with your platform, or if you've established your own fulfillment account through Tango Card, you can now manage your account through the RideAmigos Fulfillment Integrations tool.
Setting Up Your Integration
If you're using CommuteRewards via RideAmigos, then this step should already be taken care of for you. We'll enter all the necessary information to add your integration, and you can skip straight to managing it. If you have your own relationship with Tango Card, you can add your account and API information here.
Start by going to the Fulfillment Integrations page under the Tools section in the management menu. Click "New Fulfillment" to create your account details. Next, you'll be prompted to enter your account details provided by Tango Card. You may also define network availability if the integration should not be accessible to the entire platform. After completing each field, you can save your integration and we can look at managing it.
Managing Your Integration
Once your integration has been set up, you can view and manage it by clicking the "Details" button on the Fulfillment Integrations page. This will take you to a page where you can view your fulfillment and account details, like your low balance threshold for sending an automated alert to the account owner, the name and email of the account owner, as well as the current balance and account status. If you have a low balance on your account, and you're using CommuteRewards, contact RideAmigos support to add to your balance.
If your account is being used by members of your platform already, you should see all purchases made with the account immediately below these details. The report features multiple fields for troubleshooting and analysis, including the reference and order numbers for each purchase.
In the left column, for each purchase, you should see a few hyperlinks to make managing your account even easier. Apart from easily seeing the user, program, and Digital Inventory item associated with each purchase, you can also click to resend the redemption email. This is very handy for when a user can't find their gift card, or if their email otherwise got lost. All that you need to do is confirm the email address to send the reward to.
