What is CommuteRewards?

CommuteRewards is a reward fulfillment system provided by RideAmigos via Tango Card. Users can redeem their CommuteRewards at over 100+ businesses and nonprofits outlined here.

With CommuteRewards, RideAmigos will help you set up manage your account - handling all the associated invoicing, help you set up redemptions in your programs, and even sending alerts when your account balance is low. To get CommuteRewards set up for your organization, or to find more information about the program, just send a note to your account manager or our support team. 

What is Tango Card?

Tango Card is a worldwide Rewards-as-a-Service provider that RideAmigos partners with to fulfill rewards distributed via CommuteRewards.

Not only does RideAmigos work directly with Tango on behalf of our customers, but we're also happy to help you set up your own account with Tango. If you would like to have your own relationship with Tango and manage your account directly through them, then head to tangocard.com to get started!

Once you've established a relationship with Tango you will need to request an API key to connect your account. Once your account is connected you can use it with our Fulfillment Integrations and Digital Inventory tools to distribute rewards. If you need assistance with this, contact our support team for help.

What to do Next

If RideAmigos is managing your CommuteRewards account we will configure it for your system using our Fulfillment Integrations Tool. If you are using your own API key to connect to Tango you can add a new Tango account within Fulfillment Integrations.

Once your account is connected you can check out your account details and redemptions that have been made. Read more in our Manage your Tango Account article.

Once your account has been integrated, you can start to set up use it with Digital Inventory items to distribute rewards.
