“CRITICAL”

  • Severe problem resulting in complete failure of website functionality
  • Please have RideAmigos respond to me within 24 hours

“HIGH”

  • Loss of major website functionality
  • Please have RideAmigos respond to me in the next 1-3 days

“MEDIUM”

  • Loss of a website functionality but work-around is available
  • Please have RideAmigos respond to me within the next week or so.

“LOW”

  • Limited business or functionality impact
  • Please have RideAmigos respond to me as soon as they get to it.
