April is often a busy time in the world of commuter management, and that’s definitely the case here at RideAmigos HQ! We’re hard at work adding new features, updating existing tools, and adding new partners to our Academy community.

Here’s what’s new in the latest releases of our platform:

Program Cloning

Administrators can now quickly copy/clone any program that you have in the system (incentives, point programs, challenges, events, surveys, digital inventory.)

One Time Trips

Users are able to save commutes/carpools as ‘One Time Trips’ which automatically expire after date of travel. Please submit a ticket if you would like this enabled for your system.

Registration

  •  Additional error messages if user incorrectly enters information, or already has an account

Administrative Items

  • New fields available upon request: carpool pass #, license #. Please submit a ticket if you would like these enabled for your system.
  • Additional options for post-registration capture for SSO users.
  • Improved SAML diagnostics.

Reporting

  • Fixed a scaling issue in triplog reports
  • Updated how triplog reports are generated, giving them an up to 15x speed boost when generating
  • Challenges leaderboards reports should now run faster, too

General Fixes

  • Updated CO2 conversions on Admin Dashboard
  • Vanpool locations can now use items from the Custom Locations tool
  • Improved Markdown rendering on Challenges view cards

Entering Beta Testing

  • Bulk Emailing from User Reports (more details soon!)
