Do you run a network that has a lot of remote workers or users that are not able to log their own trips? We now have two ways to do this. One is through Bulk Logging for your network, and another is through Logging for Individual Users. Check out the details below!

Bulk Logging:

Need to log a large amount of trips but don’t need them to be directly associated to a user? No problem. Head into your Network Management area, select Triplogs, and you’ll see the Bulk Logging form. From here you’ll just need to enter a few details such as the date, time, mode, one way distance, and how many trips you need to log total, and you’re all set. That’s it! These trips will now show for challenges and reporting, so you don’t have to worry about all those paper triplogs anymore!

Logging for Individuals:

Have members of your network that are unable to log their trips due to remote work or not having access a computer? No problem. You can now (if it has been requested by your system administrators) log trips directly for your users! Just head over to the triplogs area of your network, click ‘Log User Trips’, select the days you need to log for, enter the information, and submit! That’s all and you’re off to the next user!
