Commute Perks is RideAmigos' local rewards program. Users can access the Commute Perks portal to take advantage of hundreds of local discounts and incentives. Access to the Commute Perks portal depends on users reaching their monthly trip target, and continuing to hit that target every month. There are four possible user statuses for Commute Perks: Eligible, Enrolled, Qualified, and Expired.
Eligible
A user is Eligible if they are part of a site or network that has Commute Perks enabled, but have not yet enrolled in the program. Eligible users can accept the Terms & Conditions for Commute Perks to enroll.
Enrolled
Enrolled users have accepted the Terms & Conditions and are working their way towards earning access to the Commute Perks portal. A user with Enrolled status can see the local available offers, but cannot access them until they qualify by reaching the monthly trip target.
Qualified
When a users reaches the monthly trip target, as defined by the program's administrators, their status updates to Qualified. Users with Qualified status can access the Commute Perks portal and take advantage of any offers available to them. A user retains Qualified status for the duration of the month in which they reached their target, and the entirety of the month after.
To maintain Qualified status, a user must continue reaching the monthly trip target each month. If a user fails to reach the target, their access to the Commute Perks portal will expire at the end of that month.
Expired
If a Qualified user fails to reach their monthly trip target, their status will update to Expired on the first of the next month. A user's status will remain as Expired until the next time they reach the monthly trip target, which will re-qualify them for the program.
